Plug-and-play lithium battery mount with a lockable under-seat storage compartment.

Installation

Remove the battery and undo the two Torx 30 bolts holding the airbox.

Place the NLP9 battery into position.
If fitting the USB-C charger as well, take note of the cable routing before fitting the battery.

Install the mount bar onto the airbox mounting points. Do not fully tighten the bolts yet — the bar should be able to rotate with slight friction.

Fit the battery mount onto the bar and battery and tighten all three bolts. Press the battery into the tray; if it does not seat fully, rotate the bar slightly until it does.
If fitting the USB-C charger, slide it into place from the underside of the mount before tightening.

Undo the two M5 bolts attaching the mount to the bar — do not disturb the bar's angle. Swing the battery and mount aside. Torque the two airbox bolts to fix the bar in position, then refit the M5 bolts to secure the mount to the bar.

Reconnect the battery leads. Fit the storage lid with a Hex 6 allen key. A key is stored under the seat so the compartment is always accessible without carrying extra tools.
