Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Your order will be shipped to the address provided in the registry form at checkout. The customer must ensure that these details are correct. Gineer can not be held responsible for orders misplaced due to incorrect information from the customer.
Domestic Shipping:
All UK orders will qualify for free shipping.
You can opt for faster shipping services for your order which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched to your chosen location via Royal Mail.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 working days.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders above £100.00 will qualify for free shipping. In this case, shipping fees will automatically be deducted at checkout.
Please note this service can take between 2-4 weeks due to legislative delays.
To change the currency, simply select this from the currency switcher in the footer of the website.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (inc. VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gineer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us, in which case, the additional charges will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs.
