Trident 660 Tiger Sport 660
Your GINEER indicators use the same mounting fixings and electrical connectors as the originals — no cutting or splicing required. Follow the steps below for each corner. Diagrams show Trident 660 — procedure is similar on Tiger Sport 660.
Front Indicators

Removal

Repeat for both sides. Front indicator — removal
  1. Unscrew the indicator bolt (2).
  2. Back off the bracket bolt (3) and swing the bracket (4) down to expose the wiring.
  3. Unplug the connector, then pull the cable up through the bracket and remove the indicator (1).

Installation

Repeat for both sides. Front indicator — bracket mounting
  1. Thread the cable (1) down through the bracket (2) and mount the indicator (3), routing the cable over the top of the bracket as shown.
  2. Start the indicator bolt finger-tight — do not torque yet.
  3. Push the bracket up against the upper yoke and torque the bracket bolt to 3 Nm.
  4. Torque the indicator bolt to 3 Nm.
  5. Run the cable down along the original path (refer to diagrams below).
  6. Plug in the electrical connector.

Rear Indicators

Removal

Rear indicator assembly — overview
  1. Remove the two bolts (2) from the rear mudguard and lift the indicator assembly clear.
  2. Unplug the licence plate light connector. Release the connector clip and move it aside to reach the indicator plugs.
  3. Note the left/right wiring, unplug both indicator connectors, then separate the indicators from the support bracket.

Installation

GINEER indicators mount directly to the mudguard — the original support moulding is not reused. Rear indicator — mounting location
  1. Plug the connector into each indicator.
  2. Place each indicator over its mounting hole on the mudguard — no support bracket is used.
  3. Fit the original bolt and torque to 3 Nm.
