Front & Rear Replacement Guide
Trident 660
Tiger Sport 660
Your GINEER indicators use the same mounting fixings and electrical connectors as the originals — no cutting or splicing required. Follow the steps below for each corner.
Diagrams show Trident 660 — procedure is similar on Tiger Sport 660.
Front Indicators
Removal
Repeat for both sides.
- Unscrew the indicator bolt (2).
- Back off the bracket bolt (3) and swing the bracket (4) down to expose the wiring.
- Unplug the connector, then pull the cable up through the bracket and remove the indicator (1).
Installation
Repeat for both sides.
- Thread the cable (1) down through the bracket (2) and mount the indicator (3), routing the cable over the top of the bracket as shown.
- Start the indicator bolt finger-tight — do not torque yet.
- Push the bracket up against the upper yoke and torque the bracket bolt to 3 Nm.
- Torque the indicator bolt to 3 Nm.
- Run the cable down along the original path (refer to diagrams below).
- Plug in the electrical connector.
Rear Indicators
Removal
- Remove the two bolts (2) from the rear mudguard and lift the indicator assembly clear.
- Unplug the licence plate light connector. Release the connector clip and move it aside to reach the indicator plugs.
- Note the left/right wiring, unplug both indicator connectors, then separate the indicators from the support bracket.
Installation
GINEER indicators mount directly to the mudguard — the original support moulding is not reused.
- Plug the connector into each indicator.
- Place each indicator over its mounting hole on the mudguard — no support bracket is used.
- Fit the original bolt and torque to 3 Nm.
